Orders are processed Monday – Friday of each week.
All orders ship from DALLAS, TX USA.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Free standard shipping on all orders over $200.

***Shipping is calculated PRE-TAX and AFTER sale items have been reduced and/or discounted coupon codes have been applied***

Delivery times are estimated AFTER shipping and based on business days (Monday – Friday) and do not include weekends or holidays. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.


STANDARD SHIPPING

• All 50 states within the US including PO Boxes.
• Orders placed with standard shipping selected as the shipping method of choice that are placed before noon CST are guaranteed to ship the same day.  
  
  

EXPEDITED AND OVERNIGHT SHIPPING

• Orders placed with expedited and overnight shipping selected as the shipping method of choice must be placed by 12PM CST to be shipped the same business day.
• If an expedited and or overnight order is placed after 12PM CST, it will not ship until the next business day.
• 2-Day Shipping means the package will be received within 2 business days once the item is shipped as defined by UPS. The day the order is shipped doesn’t count towards the 2 business days.
• Estimated delivery times are based on business days (Monday – Friday) and do not include holidays. Packages don’t deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
• Expedited shipping costs will not be refunded if the order arrives after the expected time due to carrier delays.
• Available to all 50 states within the US, however, is NOT available to PO Boxes.
  
  

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is successfully packed for shipment, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.

Ivy Jane is NOT responsible for:

• Delays with USPS, UPS, or FedEx
