Return Policy

We hope you love your IVY JANE BRAND purchase, but just in case you don’t, we would love to accommodate you by offering an online store credit. 

RETURN OVERVIEW

  • Returns are for STORE CREDIT only. The only exception to our “store credit only” return policy, is upon verification of missing, damaged, or incorrect style.
  • All returns must be received in our warehouse (address below) *within 15 days* of the purchase date.
  • All items must be returned to us with the invoice and or packing slip and in the original condition in which they were received. Online store credit will be issued as an e-gift card (sent via email) once the return has been processed.
  • Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.
  • Damaged or Missing Items: If you were sent a damage, incorrect or missing item, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of the date of delivery. 
  • No Exchanges. Returns only.
  • ANY and ALL DISCOUNTED ITEMS are not eligible for return.


RETURNS
Ivy Jane accepts Returns *within 15 days* of the purchase date.

  • Eligible returns are for STORE CREDIT only. Store credit is issued in the form of an ivyjanebrand.com E-gift card sent via the email entered at the time of purchase. 
  • The store credit amount will be applied for the price of the item and WILL NOT include any shipping and handling charges. Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
  • NO REFUNDS will be issued.
  • No EXCHANGES.
    Once we receive your return, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your ivyjanebrand.com E-gift card to be issued.
    You will receive a confirmation email once the return has been processed.
    *If you don’t see the E-gift card in your email inbox, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting our customer service team.

ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

  • Merchandise returned within 15 days of the purchase date
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Items must have the original tags attached (garment label and hang tag)
  • Items must be stain free (deodorant, makeup, etc.)
  • Items must be odor free (cigarette smoke, perfume, etc.)

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

  • Merchandise received outside of the 15-day policy (Should Ivy Jane Brand receive an item outside of the 15-day policy window, NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED. The item will then be returned at the expense of the customer.)
  • ANY and ALL Discounted Items

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, MISSING, OR INCORRECT ITEM
While we strive to provide the absolute best quality and service, should an item arrive to you in damaged and or defective condition, or you feel your order is incomplete and or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of the date of delivery to let us know.

CANCELLING / CHANGING / ADDING ITEMS TO AN ORDER

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or changed. Additional items cannot be added to your order once it has been processed, however if an order is placed within 24 hours of a previous order, please contact our customer service team immediately and include both order numbers in your message; we will do our best to combine the orders if the first order has not yet been fulfilled. If orders are able to be combined, we will do our best to waive the shipping fee of the additional order. 

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Due to limited quantities and high demand, we cannot offer price adjustments on any items. No exceptions.

  • Lost Packages: We recommend ensuring your package when sending it back. Ivy Jane Brand is not liable for items that are lost while in-transit.
